That means a lot to me Torben. I've always enjoyed what you post on the forums. You are a stand up guy, and I hope you remember that! Like I said, I seldom drink. But I would definitely make an exception to get to know you.


There's no pain like unrequited love. It can be devastating, and it's caused me to shed tears on more than one occasion. There's no advice to give. If you open up to someone about that girl you like, and they tell you how to spit game or play mind tricks you can tell them Cikel said to fuck right off.

It's most likely a very private matter for you, but you should tell us about her anyway! I'm incredibly curious to learn about the girl who has captured your heart. She must be quite amazing. I hope more people respond. It would be nice to hear from as many people as possible.

I started working two jobs and eventually moved out of my parents house.

I quit smoking weed and drinking everyday. It's a rare occasion where you will find a blunt or brew in my hand.

I left behind the pc. I don't game for 8 hours a day anymore.

I made some friends and lost a couple.

I fell in love and had my heart broken. More one night stands than I care to think about. I've finally put relationships and sex on the back burner, and I'm happy to say the desire to "be" with someone no longer plagues me.


My life is far from perfect. It's far from where I want to be. All I can do is keep my head down and try to be a better person than yesterday. Sometimes I get frustrated at how things are progressing. I'm scared that I'll never become who I so desperately want to be. I celebrated my 30th birthday at the end of may. I'm hopeful things will get better. Or at least not worse


But without fail I check the crpg forums. If there's no new posts I'll look through old ones. Or read the wonderful and encouraging pms that people have sent me over the years. I think about all the people I met. The people who would say "hi cikel" when I entered the server even if our friendship never went past that point. Just grateful to have been a part of this whole mess for as long as I was.

I had just flunked out of school. I was in a pit. Desperate. I found you. Like a light. A home. It felt right. It was right.

For the past 8 years I have played crpg. I started when i was 21. I'm ending now at 29. What have I accomplished? What have I gained?

Was it all for nothing? When I look back now at my early twenties all I really see is crpg. There was nothing else. My friends were doing normal adult things. Finishing school. Creating meaningful relationships with real people. Starting their careers. Moving out. Taking on responsibilities.


I was on my computer. Not going to class. Not going out. 8 hours a day of crpg. Consumed by strat. Feelings rampant. Rage running free.


I'm not sure brothers. I'm not sure what I'm writing. Or who I'm writing it to. I just want you all to know

I think there are great rules to enforce and other rules that can be ignored


saying n word - mute move on
saying women should be beaten - nothing

dueling your homie on the same team at the start of round to assert dominance - only allowed every once in a while

delaying - instant kick
afk - instant kick
bro coding - warning / kick

admins job is to make sure things run smoothly and everyone has a good experience I GET THAT. However things that waste peoples time like delayers and saying women should have more rights is A WASTE OF TIME. Please don't let an xbower last on team run around when theres 15 people on the other team still alive.

Cikel thought to himself. Has this what crpg has become. He longed for the times when he would see negga by himself fighting 8 people and rush to his aid. Maybe they didn't come out on top but at least they fought bravely and had a scrap of honor.

Cikel smirked to himself and found his inner peace. He w keyd into the entire enemy team and got 10 points. He only lasted 7 seconds just like when he was sexing his hand. Sure he wasn't at the top of the scoreboard. Sure he had to alt tab for a bit and shit post on the forums. But at least he wasn't a giant fucking pussy on an internet game.

s keying out of range of someone you are dueling is not skill. People used to make fun of you for this and this is how it should be. "oh he's a one hand why wouldn't i skey?" Because its not skillful. Being skillful is reading your opponent and being able to block whatever shitty feints they throw at you.

Furthermore youre meant to w key to inspire your teammates to charge the enemy. Create space behind enemy lines and inflict maximum damage. So what if you die in 5 seconds at least you were fucking brave and led your team to victory.
