cRPG Technical problems / Reversing error?

Hi admins

Well the problem is that i accidently deleted my skip the fun character with 350k gold while trying to make another stf character.
So i forgot to transfer the gold before i deleted it. If it's possible to reverse the error i did i will appreciate it.

Hi

I had this invalid items problem since the patch so i couldn't play. But since an hour ago when i tried to join the official servers it says that i'm banned? I have no idea why so if you could unban me would be nice.

Reason | I got banned for teamkilling someone that hitted me in the back, i won't do it again and wish to get unbanned from Eu 2 pls. (And no i'm no troll i just get angry quite quickly so sorry for all the problems)
