General Discussion / Using a Mac. Want this mod.

Alright so I just got a mac for my school. Ive got wine and crossover games. I can run Native without a problem. BUT! I want to get this mod working.

Now when I look for M&B all i can find is the .exe(or what use to be) and the uninstall. No folders with the name 'mod'. Im going to keep looking and tinkering but an answer would hell so so much.

Scene Editing / Published a scene and some props are missing

I published Rajas as a battle maps. I make my maps on a laptop. I played it today and I noticed that the scene isnt what i made. Things I put in like grass, books(item kinds), meat, and other things are not there. I dont understand.

I also noticed when I wasnt in edit mode that it didnt have some of the things I put into it either. Anyone know why?

Its a waterfront with a dock on one side, where one team starts, and an extension of the town (lack of any other idea how to fill that part) on the other where the other team starts. The quickest way to fight will be going along the beach straight at your opponents. But its wide open with VERY little cover. Or you can go into the town and you have a path at the first intersection that has a little more cover with multiple ways to the beach head. OR! You can go where I hope most do go, all the way to the market area, where theres lots of cover from archers and cav. Also, for the archers, I put some nests around the map. cav should have an ok time, though it will be hard to turn around if youre confronted by a line of pikes (1,2, or more) due to the fact the way is not really that wide til you get to the market or beach.

Scene Editing / How to Make DTV Maps?

Title says it all... How do we make DTV maps? What are the spawns? Is there anything extra we have to use to make it so NPC waves arent so dumb? Etc.

Scene Editing / CTF specific maps

Since the patch has been released and we now have new game modes available this will change map making (scene editing) for the feature. I want this thread to concentrate on Capture the flag.

Q. 1: Is there going to be a server dedicated to CTF and/or other game modes available?

Q. 2: Now that CTF is now available to the cRPG community how would you guys(and ladies) like us to build these maps? What is Ideal for you, as a player? Will they be big "battle" like maps? Or small/medium double "siege" maps? Or maybe a mix... What would you like to see as your CTF map? Let us know and we'll see what happens.

Lately, with all the new maps out there people are feeling a bit annoyed about the quality it seems. Now Scene Editors dont know what you want unless you tell them. We would like to make quality maps everyone can enjoy. This is a topic to give the players a voice in what we, the Scene Editors, put out there. We would like you to post ideas of maps as best as you can describe them. Show pictures of themes that you would like to see. Tells what doesnt work for you, what does, and what could. If we can get a general idea of what you, the people, want we can make it. If you dont post anything, nothing will change. You will get our best, but you wont get what you want unless we know. So please, post it here. And when something new pops into that head post again and again and again. The more ideas that can be voiced the more ideas we can bring to life. Thank you and keep spilling blood on our maps...

This is my first map. The idea was to make something different. I do realize there will be a lot of dislike and maybe a lot of likes(maybe not), so please leave all your comments here. The more I know, the better I can fix this map. I will take all into consideration and do my best to update it to fix any annoyances about the map.

*Moved attacker spawns closer & spread them out between 3 locations

If this doesnt work, Im going to edit it one more time by making the front gate destructible. Then if that doesnt work I dont know.

Well since I downloaded the patch the themed battles for strategus are all saying "now!" instead of giving me a time. I wouldnt care except Im trying to join a guild and dont want to look bad by not being able to participate in guild functions. I also had to download another "patch" chadz posted because i kept getting random crashes when I was trying to log into a server. Any help would be great, thank you.
