Yes running is very good. I but it's too cold for me to bother running outside, ride a bike inside and lifting some dumbbells instead bby.

Nice to hear you guys run, are you mostly running on the road or do you like off road trails? :)

I usually run an average of 35-40 miles every week, so with 35 miles I ran 1820 miles= 2 929km in 52 weeks  :shock:

Playing the Walking Dead Season 2, and it makes me rage a little. Finished chapter 2 just few minutes ago.
I just can't believe that such a bunch of retarded wusses could survive a zombie apocalypse! So much is wrong whith how most of the characters handle every single situation... Kenny is so far the single man who is acting like a sane person would under the circumstances.
 
K, going to play chapter 3 now, and will do everything i can to make everyone but Kenny die as soon as possible.

EDIT:

Carlos had no choice, so i can't blame him. He has balls though. Kenny and Carlos I am cool with so far.

EDIT2:

Boy'o'boy did that scene gave me an enormous satisfaction! I am a very peaceful and liberal man, but when it gets personal, i strongly believe in an eye-for-an-eye justice. ( no pun intended )

I was 64kg this morning. Then I had the intense need of using the toilet and I ran into the bathroom in lightning speed. After I was done , I flushed like 7 times, and it just didn't go away. Then I checked my weight again , I was 62.
