Effective WPF

All I know is that you have to reduce your WPF according to your armor weight (after 10 kg/pounds/whatever) and also reduce it according to your PD/PT, and I have heard that IF not only gives you 2HP but it also negates some armor weight.

But does anybody knows the exact formula for calculating the Effective WPF?

Can confirm this is true but I don't have the exact formula.

It does negate armour weight for your effective wpf but not for movement right?
Maybe if Coronoa virus gets rid of 50 percent or more of the world population we can do without a pope and religion.

I thought this was one of San's many changes that were ultimately reverted because the code was sloppy and it put unnecessary stress on the servers? I recall it being implemented to combat min-maxers since IF has a tendency to be viewed as an extra point dump and nothing more.
