Yes there is the promise of an adaptation with real actors, however this is not the trailer.
The live action could be interesting, depending how well-made it is. These always have potential, which sometimes is used well and sometimes just leads to a huge disappointment (e.g. ブギーポップシリーズ).
The trailer seems okay considering it's fan-made, but of course it doesn't have the quality of professional competition. Not digging the generic "epic" music.
