If it keeps the pace and quality of the former games, I'll buy it.

Anyway, something has to change to be changed to make me buy this. Otherwise I could just play City again. I'm a fan of Batman, but Origins was getting a bit boring. For example predator -scenes could be reworked. In Asylum and City they were quite fresh and innovative, but they are rather lame (and easy because of all those gadgets) now.

Arkham Knight is done by Rocksteady again. At least there is hope for new stuff.
Well, they already got the batmobil in - that's something new.

Looks a bit darker than City and Origins too.

Ah yes had totally forgotten the last game was done by a different studio.

Some small thing I'd also want:

-a bit more lively city with civilians and not fully infested by thugs. Would deepen the immersion.

Man-Bat will be a €20 DLC skin with a mighty 1 challenge map, released 2 days after the game

I've been disappointed with the slow pace of their combat mechanics.

Also, is that David Boreanaz as Batman?

I hope it will be more like City than Origins, which featured poorer voice acting (no Mark Hamill as Joker) and dialogue, poorer characters, poorer level design and atmosphere and imho an unfortunate tendency to move closer to Nolan Batman than comic series Batman (all the great material City and Asylum was based on), though still a good game.

Knight looks even more like the movies, with power armor batsuit and that ugly tank batmobile. At least it's back in the hands of Rocksteady.

I think too that City was better but maybe that is just because there was nothing really new in Origin.
What I liked in Origin tho, and I hope they keep it, were those random encounters over the police radio. Those red ones. They were better than in City simply because they added a tiny bit of atmosphere and background with those radio calls.

I agree. There was also less green Riddler spraypaint everywhere (though the puzzles were more clever in City).

But no Dark Knight Returns outfit
