Guy ran up to me and started swinging, hit me three times.  I reported two.  Immediately after he suicided/left the match.

No idea.  I didn't teamwound him (as far as I could tell).

Checked the logs out and it's quite obviously intentional.

24 hour ban and his first one on record.  Myfacetits, don't let this behavior become the norm, don't kill or grief your teammates.
