Kind of what Gravoth said. But then again you see this argument flying all the time from all positions.
Jungler says 'team lost lanes'
Safelane says 'jungler farming' or 'gg mid no gank'
Mid says 'safelane no farm'
Offlane.. i dont know what offlane says, usually they just die and think it's ok because it's offlane

In short: just win your lane and don't depend on others in the early stage of the game. A lot has to do with picks as well. Picking a carry that can't fight early with a shitty lane support/harass and then crying to other lanes/positions with the previously mentioned chat lines makes my blood pressure go up.
Jungle Legion can work but you need to be active. Contest runes, try to help your safelane get a kill and don't go for fucking midas and farm for 30 minutes.
It doesn't work like that, "just win your lane." If your team has a passive core jungler, you've lost the game unless the enemy team is retarded. They can have a carry freefarming while your carry is being stopped from farming, it's like having two offlanes, i.e., at most just leeching XP. And when they have total map control they can easily move over to your team's jungle, and suddenly no one the team has farm, with the possible exception of mid, which is a 50-50.
Jungle Legion "can" work if you get a super fast blink and then you're really active, but it's almost always dependent on the enemy team being bad or at least not good, it's never a great pick.
So can't just say "just win your lane" when the enemy carry is farming offlane with 1 support and zoning out your offlaner while they're running an aggressive dual safelane (their off) against your carry that can't do much without items.
