They're pretty much the same weapon in principle design. The Military Scythe should swing from horseback rather than thrust imo.

I know this section is for the servers, but not sure where else to hopefully get a mod's attention as it relates to the forums here. In the chaos faction thread actions of ALKAOWNI_FOREVER and Smoothrich are reprehensible and I would think ones that are/should not be tolerated in the community. I know that it's a cesspool of assholes and trolls on a large level but there's still limits I would think.
*Beyond even the shit against Vic and the slander/threats against myself the fact that Alkaowni_Forever posted a link to his own personal photo collection of Anwyl is highly disturbing and he needs to be locked up and prosecuted.*

Game Balance Discussion / Blatant rage about 2h facehugging uber power

Dear Devs:
Going through the duel server for the last 45 minutes, granted vs a skilled player (even if he is a bundle of sticks
), and having my 1her (no shield, those are for my old friends) pretty much negated by facehugging hiltslash/derpstab bullshit from light saber two handers has given me recourse to plead this singular case with you as best I can.
FIX TEH RETARTED DERPHANDERS (2H) LIGHTSABER HILTSLASHING AND 1HANDERS UBER GLANCING AT CLOSE RANGE. PLEASE. THE ILLOGICAL IDEA OF THE SHORTER WEAPON BEING WORSE AT CLOSE RANGE THAN THE ZOMG ANIME 2H PEW PEW DERP FUCK SWORDS, WHICH GET BETTER PRACTICALLY, MAKES BABY RAPTOR JESUS WEEP TEARS OF ANGUISH. AND YES I ABUSED THE HOLY BEJEEZUSHIT OUT OF THIS FACT MYSELF EVERY TIME I'VE GONE DERPHANDER FOR A GEN, WHICH WAS ALL OF THIS LAST GEN BEFORE RESPECC'ING THIS MORNING. cRPG Technical problems / Wierd Marketplace/Message issue

So I just got home from work, and saw I had a message. Yay! I had just recently put up two of my heirlooms on the market so figured it must be about that.
However I opened the message and saw that it said:
"From: Gorath_of_Chaos
To: Duettotanta"
Strange as I haven't been home to write anything, and have never sent a message ever.
The body of the message says, from "me" mind you
"I have accepted your transaction"
Double odd.
I have all my items still, my money is the same as it was last night when I logged out. Nothing has changed... wtf.
So I'm changing my password now because I've been hacked and had my shit deleted by lljk before and don't want to go through that again, but I'm really curious as to wtf this shit is.

Hi, since it just came up with a friend in Voip I figured I would post how to find your cd-key for warband in case you need to re-install it on a different computer. Upgrading, or whatever.
Start a new process for regedit
*you're a gamer, you should know how to get to regedit. If not, easiest way is to ctrl_alt_delete > processes > file-start new process > regedit*
go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\MountAndBladeWarbandKeys
There you will find your activation code and serial keys.

I change my password again if I forgot it? I've changed it so many times since my shit got deleted that I can't remember wtf I changed it to this last time and I'm trying to respec since retirement hasn't been reached in weeks. Getting bored and need a new spec.

Can't even play the damn game for longer than 2 rounds anymore without that guy, or some other dumbass getting right into it. Vega has been at this shit for a while now. Even if this shit wasn't directed at me I would still take issue with it if it happened on my watch to someone else on the servers when I was admining.

Sell/Trade / [TRADE] +1(2) Langes Messer for +1(2) Military Cleaver

Pretty self explanitory. Started heirlooming a Langes Messer because it's better stat-wise (and more versatile for different builds), however I really miss the style of my cleavers. It's x1 right now, but I'm almost 31 and so it will be x2 pretty soon.

So I've recently discovered that many many people have either altered their texture files by deleting the textures for foilage so they don't get blinded by it when fighting (no tree to obscure your view) or have d/led a mod file for warband that does this.

Re-installed Freespace 2 and have been having some fun dogfighting in space with a few mods. However I really want to fight other players opposed to AI. Any good dogfighters out there with multiplayer communities?

Full plate + Great maul + ability to manual block = wut do?
Ideally I would LIKE to dodge out of the way so I can continue fighting them, however we all move the same fucking speed all the time. Coincidentally this speed is slower than a person can spin their mouse/aim in a circle.
When you dev guys get that nifty crpg program that lets you change hardcoded stuff, can we PLEASE have a bound sprint instead of auto-sprint-fail (dunno why they had that idea in M&B as it's terrible design) and/or double tapped dodges.
