Suggestions Corner / Retirement

I'm sure this has been suggested like a million times but here I go again:
Why can't we get a fair amount of loompoints from retiring at higher levels? I've got two characters at level 37 and I'd like to retire one of them but the amount of looms is just so miserable compared to the optimal retirement levels. I'm sure there are tons of players who'd like to retire their high levels characters and imo it should give same amount of looms/exp as the lower levels do. It would make the game more interesting again when you could go high level knowing you can always retire the character and get decent amount of loompoints. It would most likely also lower the average level of players.
Why can't we get a fair amount of loompoints from retiring at higher levels? 4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after: I was playing in EU1 when Rest_In_Peace joins the server and starts teamhitting me. He teamhit me 5 times which got him kicked from the server due to the reports, after which he joins the server again and banpolls me after killing him.

The rules are simple:
| - Duels will be ft5, meaning that the first player who reaches 5 kills will be the winner |
| - Each player who loses a duel will be PERMABANNED and all his items will be collected into a reward pool. |
| - Duels will be continued untill all but one contestant are permabanned. The winner is rewarded with all the items in the reward pool |

4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after: Once again I was dueling in eu3 and won or1e a couple of times which lead him to start a banpoll on me.
5. Why you think the offender did what he did: Propably frustrated as he lost to me.

Srsly, when are you going to start giving ppl punishments for this? I've posted like 5 banthreads for this same exact reason and all they've gotten is a warning..

3. Time and server, as accurately as possible: Eu3, around 20:10 GMT +2 and Eu7, around 20:30 (25.12)
4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after: I once again joined eu3 and took a couple of duels and this guy decided to banpoll me after I beat him claiming me of hacks. EDIT: Decided to see if they're at some other server to inform them to go check out the forums, found them on eu7 and told them that the banrequest has been made and guess what? Another banpoll, this time by Aryaaa

Joined duel server, dueled this dude once. Then all of a sudden he pulls out a banpoll on me for killing his horse that he left laying there.
5. Why you think the offender did what he did.*
Apparently this dude doesn't like me, don't know why. I killed a random horse on the duel server.. can't be a valid reason for a banpoll.

BAN REQUEST FORM:
1. Name of your character involved: New_Player2323
2. Name of offending character(s): LaxFreshes, _Tomays
3. Time and server, as accurately as possible: Eu3, around 15:30 +3GMT
4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after: There were 4 players on the duel server: Me, Sergio_Malicioso, _Tomays and LaxFreshes (last two are in the same clan, atleast same banners). All minding our own businesses and dueling. After a while I notice a ban poll on Sergio and moments later a ban poll for me was created. Obviously succeeded since these 2 heroes were on the same side and wanted to ban us from the server. I have no idea why they polled us but I've seen this kind of behaviour from Tomays before also. After that I joined Eu1
5. Why you think the offender did what he did. Well, Tomays has banpolled me from the server before with his clan because I was beating them in duels so I guess that's the reason. I have no idea about LaxFreshes but I guess the reason is the same.
