cRPG Technical problems / Weird, site stuff

Just a seconds ago i checked my c-rpg.net profile. I saw a new char, which i haven't ever created named M_Nuggets. Shame on me, i paniced and insta deleted it. Can anyone explain this to me, how is it possible for someone to create chars on my account? I have never shared my game key with anyone. NEVAH EVAH. I dont think my steam is hacked or so... Help me!

4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after. He was leeching map before so i kickpolled him and it passed.(he was playing peasnt gear, hiding in some weird spots, having 0 kills). On the next map he shot me with ballista when there was no bots around, obviously revenge for the poll.
5. Why you think the offender did what he did.* Revenge for the poll.

4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after. He kept teamhitting me in random moments for some time however i ignored it cuz it happens to all of us. At the end of the round when the team were staning near flag and there was NO enemy around, in the last sec he decided to tk me( its easy to 1hit full agi :S). Because the teamkill thing happend about 1-2 sec before round end i wasnt able to make more accurate screenshots. Hope he will at least get a warning.
5. Why you think the offender did what he did. Cuz he thinks killing teammates few seconds before round ends is ok and doesnt have any influence. IT DOES.

Suggestions Corner / [DTV Suggestion] "Old, unbalanced maps"

Dunno if it belongs here or in scene editing but: A lot of ppl complain about new maps and recent DTV changes. Personally i endorse most recent changes and new maps but in my opinion some of old, unedited maps were pretty balanced and deserve being put back in rotation. I think most of them were abandoned becasue someone thought old maps give players too big advantage which is tru in case of maps such as Yaragar. My thought is that maybe not all the maps If i am wrong about the reasons of throwing out some maps from rotation do not bother to enlight me!

cRPG Technical problems / Performance issue (dont beat me!)

Well, after i earned some cash i decied to buy gud pc to see how games look with better details, so i bought msi GE40 Dragon Eye. Evrything was fine (skyrim max details, tits n stuff) till i insatlled cRPG on new pc i started playing. Most of the time i have like 30-40 fps with drops to 15-20. I use Directx 7 and lowest settings. With high and medium settings and Dir9 i have like: medium 30 fps, high 20 fp. I tryed multiple fixes n stuff -none of dem worked. My PC "guts":
CPU: Intel Core i7-4702MQ 2.2 GHz, 3.2 GHz Turbo, 6 MB Cache
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX760M / 2GB GDDR6
I have Windows 8. I know there were many topic like "QQ low fps" but none of the fixes worked for me. Help Q___Q

They started attacking Valdi but they stopped after few requestes. DarkShadow continued to hit viscount which is displayed on screenshots. Before the whole incident happend map was changed by them few times(reason: cuz bad and hard).
