cRPG Technical problems / Role reset please

My main character was never the character that I actually used to play the game, and I just deleted it, so could I get a role reset on Cedric_Scott please? Thanks  :)

P.S: I have spent too much time (for me at least) on this character to start over, would rather just play it as an alt than start over, but I would much rather play it as a main.

Should be pretty obvious what this thread is about...

Noobie hiding again, this time where nobody can get to him.

He used a siege shield to jump into an enclosed area:

Tried to make the pictures as small as I could, the original resolution on them is 1980x1200 and I didn't want them to take up the whole screen.

EDIT: I see that the other thread about Noobie is still open, but I assume that it's supposed to be locked.

Was playing in the NA battle server, round just started and a big portion of each team was facing each other with a door way in between us, I have a polearm so I was trying to stab in there and try to lure them out or hit them, and while i was stabbing, DL Panda ran into the doorway and I accidentally poked him (it didn't do any damage, it just bounced off and stunned them for less than a second) and he took a hit from the enemy team but didn't die. I said sorry immediately, like I always do unless I'm in the middle of a fight, and instead of reporting me, he just turned around and immediately killed me. Evidence posted below.

This isn't the first time that Panda has done this to me either, there was another incident about a week ago where I accidentally stabbed him/her, (same conditions, I didn't do any damage, and he didn't even take any damage from the enemy team), I also apologized then, and, again, instead of reporting me, he just turned around and killed me, (it took 3 hits to kill me that time, a few people saw it happen), but I don't have any evidence for this incident so I don't count on it being taken into consideration.
