Title: Make battle times 8 hours

I cant remember to come to any battle 24 hours latter as I am a geriatric alcoholic, plz reduce battle times to 8 hours later.

I would honestly change it to +3 hours + first available prime time. Lets say prime time for each region is 7pm - 1am (or 9-12 pm), if you attack at lets say 4 pm (3 hours prior to prime time) then the battle will happen at 7 pm if there is no other battle.

24 hour period allows players to get their clan/faction/allies informed about the battle and allows people to adjust their plans accordingly. I would strongly suggest against changing it.

Agreed.
A change like this is good only if we have a budding population who are always looking to fight in strat battles. Lowering it to 3 hours or 8 hours would be counterproductive as you would literally have to be checking your strat page 24/7 to have a hope of preparation for a defense. There's too many loopholes in changing the time. 24 hours is the only logical way to do this.
