Title: Ranged Weapons in general!?
Post by: Peasant_Woman on October 04, 2017, 09:26:32 pm
Today I was lirking the servers and while shotting off my crossbow thought that maybe it would be a good idea to have arrows/bolts/Jarids/throwing weapons a player picks up be slightly more effective than usual to account for them landing in wine/blood/dirt/whathaveyou and it being more efficient from a rendering perspective?

Not sure if it is already like this or not however it would enhance the game for melee playersTM so why not?

Yes this is realism.

Arrows hitting concrete or stone should have a chance to break, arrows being stuck in dirt should become blunt automatically when picked up.

Same for all projectiles imo.

If you hit someone in the ass, pulling it out should result in a poison arrow as your next victim will get bits of poop in his bloodstream, granted it penetrates.

Sure, if a round lasts for about a week, there could be infection-related deaths and stuff.

Mug should be a one use item, just like long lances on horse. Mug breaks, lance snaps after first use.
