So when a person hits a cavalry with a knockdown weapon if its a knockdown hit I think the person should fall down from the horse. Chance can be depend on the attackers STR/ Riders Riding skill. I dont know if it has been said before but It feels so unrealistic when I hit a person(xbow on horse) with a long spiked mace with him coming at me full speed and he is taking the damage and continuing on.

Uhm... Realism? You expect that swinging with long mace at charging full speed, armored horse would be realistic?

Yes Yes! I would love to see people getting knocked from their horse.
this would give an extra encentive to go for the rider instead of his horse.
Also jousting lances should knock the enemy from his horse.

Should be possible, but would probably require a new animation, might look a little ugly otherwise.

If this is gonna happen please make shure hits on the leg don't knock down. because this would be silly.

They did it in The Deluge, so it is possible.

I think Ozin checked it out some time ago and came to the conclusion that it is too difficult within the Warband engine. I think we only came up with shitty workarounds like killing the horse and replacing it with a (then riderless) clone.

I don't think this would nerf cav, this would buff cav. More people would attack the rider, which can be blocked, rather than attacking the horse and easily killing the glass mount.

cav is already shit. Low hp, and horse dieing by 2 arrows that would nerf them even more :F

And VĂkingr. I'm all for it.
(Another feature from VĂkingr that I'd like to see even more is the "minimum range script" for pole arms)
