im fittin to do some chest as soon as i get these man.

gettin me aaallll kinds..of gains.

EDIT: idea!, i know there is a lot of sites you can go to for honest advice but if you want i could lend words in anyone's ear for nutrition or muscle gains, i do have a level 3 nutrition qualification.

would be glad to help beginners, maybe not advanced because you lot more or likely don't need advice but anyone really.

Is it good though? I have never quite understood the time and money people are willing to spend on 'getting gains' while I have trouble thinking of any practical use for muscles in modern society. Can you tell me what motivates you to do this?

It varies, depends who do you ask.

What can I think of:

1. You do it for your own satisfaction.
2. You do it to look good.
3. You do it to have strenght, and not be a complete wimp.
4. You do it for the ladies.
5. You do it for respect.
6. You do it because your profession requires it.

these are why i do it.

been "doin it" for about 3 years now, also been a personal trainer for 1 and a half year or so

im currently 114kg muscle and 7% body fat.

i started when i joined my college rugby team 3 years ago.

nah i don't anymore mate, i wen't off that path when i got offered a gym profession.

but yeahh rugby is where my online name came from if you didn't see that post i put on the general discussion thread. So thats something i guess.

that doesn't matter, BMI means nothing in Physical conflict, plus i see no reason to fight anyone. doesn't prove anything and when your over 20 there is a high chance of being jailed for a length of time.

Not saying I normally pick fights, just to remember not picking fights with 6'2 ex rugby players I think is a good rule of thumb. :lol:
