Is there shit like scrims in this game? Not line battles more like urban fights and shit.

Sometimes there are Groupfighting Tournaments. They are not really like scrims but they are also completly different from LB's.

meh i hate the swords there cause theyre just gay, i'e rather shoot some lead and stab whenever necesary, good fun game though a bit stale  :P

Kind of off-topic regarding op, but have you tried Commander Mode? If not, and since you're finding the gameplay a little stale, it could provide some good fun. From what I remember though, there might be a couple of maps here and there that are an urban type setting where you can find amongst buildings in a town or whatever, both in battle and commander modes. For the most part though it's more field battles.

I'll be sure to attach this post to a time machine sent back a few months.
