Unmanned horse is coming towards me so i kill it, this guy thinks its ok to kill me for it.

I was in teamspeak with him, you had just killed a horse that he was going for so he assumed you were an enemy, couldn't see your banner in the clusterfuck.

By the way, you shouldn't kill random horses, that's just silly. Teammates can use those...just whack them if you see them barreling towards an enemy or something.

Yeah that is a lie, i was blocking with my fists after the first hit and he continues to swing at me after that.

He is a prick and you are just taking his side because you are clan mates.

Please do the right thing admins.

EDIT: Not to mention i have a purple banner..... it's not exactly hard to see

I said sorry dude, why didn't you catch that in your screenshot? Accidents happen. Sorry. That screenshot is conveniently in a direction that doesn't show the like 5 people that were all clustering around and swinging.

After checking the logs as well as the screenshot, there's not enough evidence there to warrant a ban.
In fact, Sandersson's comment about him thinking you were an enemy does appear to match with what Daruvian said in chat at that point:

Daruvian has no prior ban historyof teamkilling so there's really nothing to base something like this from.

On that note, I have seen you get a number of teamwound reports, Daruvian, so maybe watch your swings/horsebumps a little more closely.

As I can't tell if there were many teammates around you at that point, have to give the benefit of the doubt.
However, if another ban thread comes up like this with a nonchalant "whoops", that will count as a heavy warning, intentional or not.
