Title: [EU6][BAN] Ban requests: Tom_Der_Deutsche, Pp_hunter_ris, Tul_Thunderhead, riff

This very morning on EU6, a few people of the attacking team just went plain mad, attacking eachother and people near them, resulting in a huge TK fest.

riff can't be directly implied, as none of the screenshots show him killing another guy (he's an low level archer). Yet, he actively participated in this.

Banned the first 3, can't ban riff due to lack of proof.
