Best I can interpret this, they repeatedly tried to votekick you (and failed because they need majority), and verbally offended you. I would advise muting them.

This is not something I'm going to ban over, but I will send them a message to stop abusing the the votekicks.

If they keep harassing you like this, do continue posting screenshots of it.

He is troll. "It is known" or like he says "I'm ork!"
Been trolling from time to time, shooting weapon rack with his alt "Novgorod_Opolchensky_Arch" -ish
stay behind people that fight bots with mule or dismounted and report team hits that way
stays behind slashers in huts for fun
being kicked from admins like 10-15 times for continuous trolling
being positively kicked from  Kick Poll  like 7 times in my time joining a server
couple times seeing  his abusive chat  towards other players  with something about their "mum"
example : 
Player X: Ulus please stop trolling me
Ulus: I troll your mum

Sometimes he spawn with Mule and moves next to Virgin and she teamkill him

Seeing him few times nudge people into swarming bots or when they stay on rock or something else  nudge down to his death

After some kicked on same map he stopped for long while, i thought he was done with trolling !
