Bought 50 plated chargers, didn't receive

I had bought 50 plated chargers from New Tash Kalun (NA) sometime at 2:00am EST. I saw that I spent around 150k silver on them, but I discovered that I didn't receive them today. I might've fucked something up or it glitched. Any ideas?

I think the game probably bought and sold them 10 times and depleted ur gold

Only professor would be able to look into this. Not sure what would cause that to happen.
