Medieval total war units, alive in c-RPG.

I`m a huge Total war fan, and always wondered how the units of MTW would look like on c-rpg.
The mere purpose of this thread is to motivate people to play as a historical unit Medieval Total War Unit, if you are a hardcore roleplaying nerd like me, I`m sure you will appreciate this thread.
and
since most units of the vanilla game are bad modeled, I will take them from various mods.
Also, kudos to Zagibu and his fantastic work , him making c-rpg viewer makes this thread possible!

This is a pre pre pre alpha post, there is a lot of work to be done, so be sure to check back everyday, also feel free to ask me to make you a unit, trust me it will be my pleasure

Things to do in the future will be to add as many as possible historically units, their gear *based on the current c-rpg gear*, and an appropriate build to enjoy following your roleplaying historical unit.

Total war units is kinda far from historical accurate...

Who gives a fuck if they are 100% historical units or not, thing is I always wanted to roleplay as a Ritterbruder or a Mamluke cavalry man on EU1, this is the purpose of this thread, not to prove if the units are indeed correct.

Finding good images of the units will be a pain in the ass, and if I am lucky enough to find a good image, I realize that we lack A LOT of armours in c-rpg to make it possible..

I`ll have to improvize  8-)

Great news nerds, I`m gonna use GIMP

Very well done Panos- maybe you're not a useless troll afterall
(click to show/hide)
anyway its really nice to see somebody dedicate time to make these cool units- it would be even more interesting if we did a few "rome total war" strat battles or med II or whatever- in which we had people use all themed gear and engage in units and such. Anyway, good luck keep it up!

This is my favorite thing panos has ever posted. I love playing dress-up with my crpg characters.

irl something shorted on the shuttle and laika overheated and died within a few hours of liftoff and for a brief while one could look up to the stars and see a light shooting across the sky that was actually a warm dog corpse slingshoting about the earth at thousands of miles per hour which was arguably humanity's greatest achievement so far
