Steam Overlay - how to get it working

cmp:

* run Steam as Administrator, go to Library
* click ADD A GAME...
* click Add a Non-Steam Game...
* click BROWSE...
* browse to cRPGLauncher, select it and click Open
* click ADD SELECTED PROGRAMS
* run cRPG using the cRPGLauncher entry in the Library

Didn't work. :(

It didn't worked too...but as i added crpgLauncher over the button "Add A GAME" (at the end of the games-list), it works.
Earlier i added the crpglauncher over the tab "games" on top of the games-list, it didn't worked.

I don't know about this difference.
