If you want to kill good archers with 3-10 hits, you're welcome.
Even though Lower tier bows are not as useless as before, low PD builds are. I advice having at least 15 PD, sometimes 12 works too, but usually not worth it. One great advice - test different builds with your skip the fun character.
If you go low PD the only choice is usually bodkins.

(also having at least 150-160 archery wpf is a good idea, for melee weapons ~100 is usually enough)

PS: For me archer assasin builds are usually associated with high str archers (like 27-24 str), because with small weapons it's really hard to deal at least some damage against higher then medium armoured opponents.

Isn't having more than 4 PD over the bow's requirement pointless???

I'm in BKK, get about ...140-200 on the CH server. EU is actually...pretty fucking close ping to CH, and yeah NA is round about 300-400. Forgot about the Oz server, that needs to get up again so I can fuel my nomad sabre addiction.

If I ever make some real money I'd totally cough up some money for a server in SG.

How to solve the problem. Go 24-18 8ps 6riding 3 shielding-> grab a courser, battle fork, brown lion heater shield-> go zoom zoom and 1 shot any pew pew.

but really, I did this today and I destroyed all ranged

Pretty soon everybody will have to get polearms instead of ranged

Horse will practically instagib to all that ranged because all the horses are pussies, unless you have a +3 armored horse of some type.

Instead people quit because the skill curve is so steep and then you add the levelling and then you add the looms

Skill curve, leveling, looms, AND high level players who never retire. Those extra levels after 31 can really help if you convert attributes to skills, or for getting that little extra PD/PS/PT/WM (especially WM with the new WPF curve), and usually the 33+ people are just plain fucking skilled.

    They nudged me once, I didn't ctrl-m it, nudged me again a bit later (same map), I ctrl-m'd it, they then end of round TKed me.

Holy shit, add that hooded barbutte, looks awesome.

Boomsticks might actually be fun (I don't have the same hatred of ranged as most, anything that adds variety to a build), depends how they work. Would be interesting if they had an alt attack that let you use them like an unbalanced quarterstaff.
