Since the first miracle in the ice fields of Shulus, much has changed in the land of Calradia. Alliances have been made and broken, Empires have risen and collapsed. Friends have turned to foe, and many a neckbeard has been slain. Through all the traitorous misdeeds of the wicked, the conspiring of vassals, the peaceful trader has had but one mission:To bring righteousness on the heads of those who would suck the life out of this land with their spergish ways. All who bore witness to the defeat of Froyo's minions in the north, who held off the Remnant and HG horde in Tismirr, who slew the vengeful yawshawn army in Ayyike, I call upon ye once more, to fight and die for my cause. Their vassals now greatly outnumber us, and the disappearance of the prophesized one, Pakus, makes our cause even more perilous. But remember, even a righteous defeat is more honorable than submission and cowardice in the face of confrontation. The pen is in our hands, so let it be written that we fought valiantly this night and without mercy to shed the blood of the heinous on the walls of New Ismirala.

Game Balance Discussion / New bug to be addressed.

In the NA_3 server I recently witnessed someone (a tkov whose name I can't recall) who was nudging and hitting at the same time with a polearm. I'm not sure if this was due to some sort of script, or simply just spamming lmb and the nudge button but he was doing it quite often. Anyways, just thought I should bring this up, and I believe there may have been people who were recording the incident at the time for devs to look into.

And so God sent down another to show us the way. A man who can only be described as the physical manifestation of the perfect crpg player. And so it was decided this day, the day before rest, that all shall lay down their heavy garb and adorn themselves in the gear of the mythical Pakus:

Suggestions Corner / New or edited NA/EU_3 map

So I was looking to revive one of my old threads about adding in targets for archers on the duel server so they have something to do but couldn't find it!

Anyways, it wouldn't be hard for the devs or anyone really to add a little shooting range for archers.

Pros:
-Non-intrustive
-Stylish, sleek, and sexy
-Archers no longer have to abandon their beloved bows or xbows to conform to melee standards of dueling
-Good for all ranged, even throwers will enjoy!

Cons:
-Takes 3 minutes to implement

Suggestions Corner / Save the Long Maul

Buff thrust damage or remove it outright. If the long maul thrust somehow does less damage than a wooden staff and shares the weakest thrust in the entire mod (with the practice sword) then why even have a thrust at all?

Up the speed from 70 to 76. It's unusable if you can't just kite as a naked or lightly armored agility build and backwhack people. It's too slow to use if you have too much strength, and has no crushthrough, the main advantage, if you have too much agility.

For too long we have witnessed the atrocities that traders are subject to by fief owners and large factions. Many times these attacks come unprovoked; greedy bandits operating under the guise of concerned fief owners or coalitions stealing precious goods from small traders. Some times however, these traders fight back. Sometimes they are equipped but just don't have the mercs. That is why a network of free-trade friendly mercs must be formed, to support both our EU and NA brethren who seek to fill their pocket with coin. If you find yourself under attack by greedy bandits, know that Jesus is with you, rallying mercs to your cause. I hope you independent traders decide to join me as well. Together we can create a brighter future for both EU and NA strat.

An informant working within the FCC has disclosed some information on the vast reserves of unregulated heavy yawshawns floating around FCC fiefs. We have learned that these yawshawns are not the product of fine craftsmanship and hard work, no! Deep in the caverns of the Jelbeigi mountains it is said that they are forged from the very fires of hell; infused with black magic, submerged in the blood of virgins, and stocked full of innocent souls! This informant also claims that sacrificial altars and other satanic relics were spotted being smuggled into Sungetche. My brothers and sisters, we must put an end to this shameful practice and free the terrified souls that FCC black magic has bound to servitude!

Suggestions Corner / Rework the catapult

Make it easier to use. It's way too slow, clunky and thus impractical in most battles.

Take this video for example:

Notice how the "pull back" mechanism is just holding the F key down and using the movement on the bar to gauge its distance while the "release" is just slashing at the catapult. My suggestion would be this: Take out the pulling mechanic and replace it with a system similar to the one in the video. Same with the release (cutting the same area where you normally have to hold f on). Finally make the change direction faster.

These small changes would make a huge difference and make catapults not such a waste of materials past breaking down a bugged castle wall.

Nothing is required of you except that you contact me when you make it to Tismirr in order to complete the transaction.

Realism Discussion / Adding in Asian gear but not including Native American gear

Have the devs ever explained why this is so? We could have some cool diversity with the hairstyles, weapons, and garb the natives used during the medieval period. It's clear that the Natives had frequent contact with many European nations during these times as well. So why not add some Stone hatchets, primitive blunt clubs, and crude antler bows?
