As it is a lot of fun to play on EU 5 with a level restriction up to 20, I wish I would never level up and could stay there. Respec is sadly not a good idea so I thought about a tiny retirement on level 20.
Of course you shouldnt get a loompoint. I thought of around 10k gold which sounds reasonable. If someone else has an idea, hands up!

Another idea:
create a new class: EU 5 Character. He can play on any server but level limit is 20. He starts at level 1 as any other character and cannot be a main, such as an alt character.
They can retire at level 20 and get some bonus (not a loompoint), maybe some gold and get some more xp per gen, maybe +30 like (if that is the case then you cannot undo the character, that means you cannot remove the level 20 cap) any other.
These characters would be specially used for the EU5 server. The gold earned by the retirement cannot be traded to other characters.
This does of course needs some thoughts as there could be some problems. Example: level 20 is quick to reach, 10k each time you can easily make enough money to ride a plated charger. on EU5 that is of course not possible but on other servers it could be. not sure if that will be possible then. :)

I agree. It is a lot of fun playing on EU_5, mainly due to the lvl cap.
It's a little peasant war going on there... were enjoyable and fun.

30xp extra per tick? .... thats alot mate, and lvl 20 is so easy to reach.
Rather have a lvl 20 stf aswell as a lvl 30... bonus for retirement at lvl 20 would make it even more easy to advance.
Edit : Doh i didnt really read the " you cant get past lvl 20" thing... nontheless, ill stick to the STF character at lvl 20 aswell as 30

I do think EU5 is a "newbie-friendlier" server then EU1 and should stay as such...

Love the peasant wars and shit, EU_5 forever! IMO however it should keep you level 20 forever if you choose so and then allow you to earn 5 gold per thousand exp you've earned before you hit 10, 3 gold per thousand exp you've earned before you hit 20 and 1 gold per thousand exp you've earned after that if you choose to retire, should be transferable, it should also allow you to retire at level ten or above.

maybe we will have 50 vs 50 epic battles with pro players if we all have a 20 lvl up caracter and we don't need to lvl up or respec only to play again on this server
newbies are on Eu1 too
even if i will have an OP build every time , important is that the server will have more players

I admit a lv20 STF no level up character can be fun.
