Taking down ladders/standing or running on them, so his teammates are unable to deploy them. Also standing on the ladders and blocking the way up. He was kickpolled 3 or 4 times but then rejoined and continued to grief. He was doing it for 3 rounds at least.

Bored of playing the game I guess.

I can vouch for this, he keep running over ladders, kicking rangers away from their protections so they get shot or stop them from reloading, he got kicked four-five times.
