Is it a buy or sell fief?

If its a buy fief, could I buy 3000 goods from Muki please, I could throw in extra gold if that was a problem... I am also having a very hard time finding it on the strat map... mind telling me where it is?

But this actually happened to me quite some time ago. Only happens if your computer is lagging and you start clicking really fast.
