Hello friends!

As the title of this thread states, I am interested in selling Nova Amere for a MW torch.  This lovely village is located in the outskirts of a small forest in the middle of the NA map.  All of the production points (save a few to make Coursers 0 rank and maybe 5% off) have been been used to make a trade paradise (as far as villages go):

STATS:
Goods Price: 8
Taxes:          12%
Prosperity:    694

This is an excellent chance for a smaller faction that has no fief titles to have their very own village!  All for the cost of a Elder's Torch or, I guess, like, 3 loom points.

I REALLY WANT A MASTERWORK TORCH,

edit:  Added 1k troops, full gear for troops + population including plenty of siege stuff and 500k crpg gold to my offer for the Elder's Torch or 3 loompoints.

There is not enough information, are you selling just the fief and planning on taking the gold/gear/troops out of it or what? If it's just the fief I don't know why anyone would pay a MW for it when you could buy an army decked out in plate and take it by force for half the cost.

Hmm that is a good point.  500 armoured troops added to the deal.
