Problems with my account

In Crpg website it show my character is level 8 but in game it show level 0 with no skills and attributes points

I can't wear any of my equipment not even light armor even with no requirement to wear it
is there anyway to fix this?

I created new account all gears work but is there any way to transfer my golds and items to my new account?
