It happened on Eu2 (where else?!) and here is the story:
I joined the server a few maps before and played a bit. At one point leaving to change banner so I could maybe get a x2 or more. Anyhow, for no reason at all, except that maybe because I was wearing the Nordmen banner (KEYWORD - NORDMEN - that goes for all Grey, STR, Druzhina, Karluk and rest who whore it), Sraka_the_Grey greatmauls me to death near the flag when absolutely nothing was going on and the writes "Sorry" in chat.
I was quite taken aback, I mean I know the greys are a bit ragey and all that, but this?! Anyway, I screened that and as you can see, we are all bunched up near flag, and there are my poor feet at bottom or screen. (What's that you say? you can also see all those Nord banners? yes.)

The next part of story you can check the logs if you like, but there was a clusterfuck near the gate on the platform bit where attackers jump down from the roof and pure coincidence, I fail swinged and tk'd him lol, and then promptly died and wrote "sorry". Now Sraka if you are reading this, that is the difference between a deliberate (what you did) teamkill i.e. no enemies around no action you just run up and kill me, and the one against you what I did no matter which angle you look at it from, that's just how it is. He pressed "M" ofc and I thought "great, I know where this is going *sigh*"
Well Sraka, you made me load up fraps for the first time in about 9 months mate. And....

The best, albeit also the saddest bit, will be hearing what he has to say. The excuses, the lies that will be told. Because really, you can't argue against this caliber of evidence, yet still, the Greys do it time and time again, especially in the ban/unban section - digging themselves holes they can't get out of, bending the truth, playing victim...all these tricks, when the most honorable thing to do would be come here and say something like "sorry Phil, I raged because I don't like HRE and killed you for taking the Nord banner/being HRE, I accept my actions and am prepared to face a warning/ban" or just anything but, what he/they, will no doubt write. Time to grow up boys.
