No. There was already added more stun time after left atack in last patch. Also spamming is l2p issue.
Only problem was really good 1h spamming with left atack, hard to test how changes works now without duel server.

This isn't what you are asking, but I do think when a guy blocks a Great Maul/other heavy weapon with his 0-slot hatchet or whatever, he shouldn't recover from it like he just brushed away a fly. Newton says otherwise.

I also hate being double-swung on (even happens with my 100 speed Steel Pick against good players, like Saul with his friggin 94 speed Bec), but tennis-style fights are boring too. Maybe one day I'll figure out how to double-swing on people, and it's on!

Weapon stun already exists. When I block held attacks with my katana from greatswords, for example, it already gets stunned nearly everytime. Leads me to having to block twice.

I have issues weapon stunning, even with held attacks from a flammy, but I'm guessing it's a l2p type issue [as in, I can't do it reliably].

For OP's suggestion, I'm guessing that's sarcastic and based on the last patch?

afaik it depends on your weapon weight, the enemy's weapon weight, some random factor, and the fact that you can't do it more than once in a row or something.
Holy crap I have a youtube gaming channel! https://www.youtube.com/user/MrShine12345

It's already like this. If you react fast enough, you even have enough time to hold for a while before releasing.

Im no melee pro but I wonder if every 1 melee block pushback was greatly amped up like ranged damage was greatly amped down that it would even the field and make things more realistic?   Certainly the thrust attack pushback is certainly more then swings or chops but It would greatly serve to punish the wicked pole jump stabbers who frequent the world of Calradia and thier lawlstab greatsword friends. SO that only the most skilled would dare go that route... Tee hee hee?
Never forget the day Dragons came to Calradia
