ok dudes ive put this hotfix into the new crpg folder in the warband modules but shit still is bugged. is there a specific location or is it just into the crpg main folder?

delete crpg folder do what you did before but dont apply hotfix, voila.

If you're talking of hotfix for stronghold  you have to edit a file, the info is  in the thread somewhere

Open the hotfix and extract it. Then, go to ..Modules/cRPG/ and just draw all the files in the hotfix in there, and replace everything.
