cRPG Technical problems / Sacrifice bug

So i retired my main character and sacrificed one of my alts. My alt had a balanced heavy lance but it gave my main a tempered heavy lance. Not sure if sacrifice takes away an heirloom or not.

Strategus Issues / terrain bug

I have a terrain bug in strategus and I can not see any terrain except for fiefs.
Edit: I only get the terrain bug on Internet Explorer but on firefox it is fine.

Suggestions Corner / Strategus Suggestions

Strategus has come a long way since 1.You may have already thought about some of these suggestions.
1. A diplomacy menu In strat showing all factions and whether they are allied, neutral, or enemy. Also give a certain faction rank the ability to change diplomatic stances with others and all faction members the ability to see diplomatic stances. I believe this should be implemented as an easier way for diplomacy info rather than by word of mouth, faction halls, or the diplomacy forum. Also make a limit on the number of allies (might be ridiculous but necessary). Factionless players Should always be under neutral.That doesn't mean a player can't still attack them.
2. Tax income- all fiefs should generate tax income that is transferred to the fief owner every x amount of hours. This number should be generated by the number of workers of the same faction as the fief (and maybe a small bonus to tax income from allied crafters). Neutral or enemy crafters in the fief should not attribute to tax income.
3. Trading- allied traders should generate a large bonus to fief prosperity and neutral a small bonus (or no bonus).
4. Materials- mines, farms, fishing ports, etc placed outside fiefs (maybe in border areas or places that could be contested). These places could generate extra gold or goods For it's workers. However, everyone should be able to see who is inside these places with the normal view range.
5. Bandit lairs- just like native m&b.

Basically have an option to set a spending limit on crafting a certain item so u don't waste all your money on crafting items when your not online.

Suggestions Corner / Armor Types

I thought about it again and made some changes to it. Same with a speed tier and a protection tier.

Protection tier-what we are using now with the same stats, texture and all, from the llamellar armor up. advantages- more armor

Speed tier-the equivalents of the llamellar armor up. make changes in their stats giving 3/5 of the armor and 3-4/5 of the weight of their cost equivalents in the protection tier. advantages-less weight for items.

Their alot simpler, lol.

The new website looks great. I like how u gave a condensed view of  stats on heirlooms, etc. But I have one question; why is there no slot stat on the items on the site? Maybe I'm just not seeing it.

I think adding that would be very helpful when they are buying items.

I have a nice idea for a siege map, but I need some help with lava. Using the way kong Ming posted in the beginners help thread, how would I make it? I talked with karlore(yachdiel) about it, and he said I need to add lighting, but I forget the rest.


Help would be much appreciated.

You know? that big box that you see behind the spawn in native single player? Well, I think it could be a big help for ladders and coordination in strategus.

Of course it wouldn't be used for your personal items, but anything the team would find unnecessary to carry or save for later. I propose limitless slots and one per side per MAP.

So, please post your suggestions or you like it or not.

Suggestions Corner / Player customizable heirlooms

So, you've heirloomed an item to the max but you use it so much that you still want to make it better. This is where my suggestion comes in. Why not add another heirloom to an item? And, make it player customizeable?I'll use an example.

I have a masterwork war bow. I get to level 31 again but instead of heirlooming another item you can choose to spend money ( and possibly experience) to add points to stats. Back to the war bow. I want to add points to say, arrow(shoot) speed, and thrust damage. So, to make this not incredibly OP, it would cost a lot of gold ( or xp). Maybe 10000 gold to start then doubled every point. And the catch; make it so after you create one of these items that generation you go into is your LAST generation. And lastly, the player would have his name on the weapon. So, in my case It would be Hospitaller_Havoc's masterwork war bow.

Criticize me please.

Events & Tournaments / Peasant day!

 Okay crpg community, I have been asking around and have gotten mixed responses about this event, so I am (finally) going to post a topic with poll on the event.

The event.... PEASANT DAY. Basically, put a level cap (20 preferably, maybe more maybe less) on a server for a given amount of time. These are the pros and cons I can think of for this event so far. Please feel free to critique this list.

Pros: People can try more builds (or at least level up) without the frustration of being among a lot of high level players.
PEASANT FIGHTS!!! the scythe, the sickle, the rocks of ultimate doom.
less lethal builds and high tier items.
less rock-paper-scissors fights

Cons: The level requirement
A lot of players would be unable to play there main characters

So, vote away and if this topic gets a positive response devilize said he may open the event on the NA 100 man server.
