me too, seems its really only for lower levels. mh, another reason to retire someday. but not to soon. perhaps Ill start another alt instead.

I've had it twice that I've noticed, both at level 30, but I guess that still might be considered lower levels.
Can't possible be linked to doing well in any aspect of the game considering I've gotten it twice though.

Edit: Also since I'm new and have never retired and thus don't have any heirlooms I can debunk the getting heirlooms in your inventory theory, since i still don't have any.

When you login to the c-rpg.net site, up at the top you can click on the down arrow near your character name and it should show all your characters.

This more or less. From what I hear it's bound to your CD-key so they should all be available in that menu, though you might have some problems if you have a new computer, or so I hear.

I'm a new player and no expert by any means, but I've been trying to use cheaper items where it doesn't matter as much. Cheap shoes, how often do you get hit in the legs as infantry? Cheap/no helmet, how often do you actually get hit in the head? Do you really need a expensive weapon just because it's expensive and shiny? Take a look at stats, try a few different things and find out what works.

Basically I just stroll around in Heraldic Mail, Leather Gloves, Rus Shoes, Knightly Heater Shield and a Steel Pick. That's just 19k or so. Add on a Light Crossbow and Steel Bolts as a rather expensive anti horse weapon and I'm up to 29k. Still makes me money quite steadily and suits my play-style very well.

I'm all for it, the more personal stats I get the better, I'm one of those nuts who love random stats. Could we get distance traveled on foot and numbers of arrows blocked etc. as well please?

You got your numbers wrong.
Look at buying price, not selling price

You are using an elite armor and elite weapons, ofc you are not going to make money

What he said, you're adding up the wrong numbers. If you look at your equipped gear on the equipment screen it adds up the price for you. As other have said around 25k or under and you easily make money. I have been using around 40-45k lately and still make some over time, just have to save up abit first and hold out for thos x4 and x5 to gain back what's lost on x1.

It's called retiring, you start over again at level 1, but get to keep your gold and items. If you do it at level 31 or over you gain a small xp bonus on that character as well as a heirloom of your choice.

Torches should be unsheathable unless you want to light yourself on fire, and ladders/siege shields should remain sheathable. You should also be able to sheath your horse too so you can avoid having it get killed when you realize you're charging towards spearmen or an arbalest, and to avoid the team stomping at the beginning of a round.

Yay for suicide torches, the classy way to go.

These pocket horses I'm not to sure about though, it doesn't involve stuffing them into tiny balls does it?

More customization is always good.

How about a point system like the ones our characters get? You can put a heirloom point into damage, reach, speed, pointyness etc. Might be worse to implement perhaps.

Great idea. But not to sure it's doable.

Was thinking along those lines myself after falling in love with the Rabati and then realizing no body armors matched it in color.

Unfortunately I didn't capture a screenshot, but he tried doing the same to me at the start of a round.
The abuse of this tool realy is out of hand sometimes.
