I bet every person has been in that situation where a horse is trotting next to you while you're fighting and you think it's an enemy. Especially when you are close enough to said player that he was able to turn around and hit you.

That is correct full name changes apply that way will be rejected
The two ways you can get a full name change is going to the market place and winning a Town Criers that offers a Name change or retiring
