in NA there are the Remnants, HoC, Order of the White Stalion, Crusaders of Acre, FCC are all active with a handful of players.

in EU I think it's mostly been Greys and Mercs that I have seen.

KUTT is active, it's pretty much just Gallo + Sitvek but they're on enough to have a decent banner stack

Mostly in EU these days but yep people still on daily and a few nights of decent pop a week in NA
