Most of the times I had ping issues it was because my Isp messed up the routing.I'm no advanced user , but if i got you correctly - i did the "tracert 176.57.143.15" in the cmd line , didn't change anything :(.
Have you tried to do a tracert towards the crpg server? This should be the crpg sverver IP :arrow: 176.57.143.15

It's like Lars said, bad routing. Try using a 'ping booster' program that changes your route, like WTFast, or a VPN connection, if you have one. It is possible that it'll help. Choose a server close to the game server, in this case Germany I guess.
Neither Pingzapper nor WTFast work :(Nevermind, restarted my PC and now it works fine, back to 50 ping ! Thank you fellas and see you on the battlefield ! :D
