[Strategus] Economical policies for fiefs

What if villages would have permanent policies? Would that bring even more strategic extent to Strategus?
"Our guild is short of trade point towns. Let's steal one from that little weak faction next to us!" :)
It should make more sense to fight over certain villages on the map and make it more interestin'.

Trade - Castles (generates Gold)
Military - Villages (generates Troops)
Economical - Towns (generates Troops and Gold)

You do know that strategus is getting an economy with the patch? Which is not limited to troops and gold.
