cRPG Technical problems / Account recovery

Is it possible to find the old account name so I dont have to use a new account? Or transfer it over? My WB is under a different CD key now (cause I put in the wrong one of a pair I had bought for a friend who no longer plays) and it isn't letting me switch back.
