Beginner's Help and Guides / Need help with name changing.

My mates(they're very bad in english) and can't change charecters names.

Thay already throw away ~ 25 000 gold for this.

Please help.I guess that the main problem is name changing, not only tag, but that was fan-name, and before patch.

We trying to change:
Nabuxiro_Xerovato >>>> Alistan_The_Pillager
and
STR_vlkodlak - berserk_The_Pillager

BUT, STR_Agnislaw, change name to Antonio_Zwerg_The_Pillager yesterday.
