EU (Official) / [Ban] A few people ''acting'' like Kapikulus

Playing on EU_1, and it's just the usual. Nothing extradinary is happening in chat or in combat, so nothing spectacular. Suddenly however, a bunch of people that had kapikulu tags on joined. Another round starts and they get put on the team that i am on. I move forward to the first structure and look around the corner, while i am doing this the ''Kapikulus'' form a half circle around me. They then coordinate their attacks and all teamhit me at the same time and teamkill me. They then continue and even teamkill Kalmarunionen_Terkild, which might also have been intentional.

5. Why you think the offender did what he did.*
Well it's not kapikulus, because they did not have the kapikulu banner and Kapikulus never actually teamhit people on purpose. These people are adding the kapikulu tag to their names and then acting like the stereotype of kapikulu suggests. So they are just ''screwing around'' by teamkilling people for the fun of it, while having the kapikulu tag on.

They made the bullshit excuse that it was because of the ''banner bug'', which i haven't seen or heard happen in ages. Furthermore you know it's not an enemy when they spawn besides you and are at a place that an enemy would never reach in that time. Ontop of that you don't form a half circle around an enemy and then synchronize your attacks perfectly. How does every single one of them get the exact same bug at the exact same time and round, as well? It's a bullshit attempt at getting away with stuff like this, and they will probably state the same when they see this thread.

As you can see a new round just started, since there is no kills present and the usual voicechat spam at spawn is seen in the picture. Furthermore i commented on the balance of the new round, which also shows it. You can also see how synhronized their attacks were, when they teamkilled me.

I am at the first structure and i was watching around the corner, and this is where they teamkilled me. No enemies has even reached the place i was at yet, so no way i could be an enemy.

The whole situation where you can also see the teamkill on Terkild. Clearly these people are splitting the whole thing, because they believe the punishment won't be present/as hard, because it's not just the same guy doing a ton of teamhits over and over.

Just playing the game as usual, and not really chatting that much or anything, since i disabled all chat. Suddenly Come_Dance_With_Prance teamhits me, which i saw based on the report option in chat. I reported him for it, and then he starts furiously teamhitting me. He does this until he reaches 4 reports. After this point he goes from a physical abuse to an oral one. He starts insulting me in chat, which goes on for a long time. I give him a chance to apologize, but this just fires him back up instead. Anyway, he even keeps going after i make it clear that i will make a ban request if he does not stop, so here i am.

5. Why you think the offender did what he did.*
I really don't know. Clearly he holds a grudge against me for something. His two reasons was the following: 1. I did not answer his question (my all chat was off). 2. I reported his nudge.

So apparently i was banned by a Krems admin (Molly) without any real reason for it. First i highlighted in connection to the thread where Molly was boasting about how great the Krems were, that the Krems team was losing consistently atm on eu_1. This then instantly got me muted, and i only ever said it once, yet this little statement, which were merely an observation, got me muted.

He then states it's a preemptive mute, because clearly that's now a thing in c-rpg. I guess you should just ban everyone that MIGHT have the potential to do something that's not according to the rules. I get quite annoyed by this, because this is illogical and not the way it's supposed to work. I call Krems the scum of the c-rpg mod, and then im suddenly banned. This KREMS admin is clearly not able to remain objective in any way. He alrdy showed his hate towards me in countless of threads, and clearly that bias is having a serious effect of his decision making, which is extremely biased and clouded.

I have never ever seen anyone who got banned for so little, there is nearly nothing here to warrant an actual ban. All Molly had to do was use the mute function if he did not want to listen to me, you don't abuse your powers by first muting instantly because you dislike me, and then further ban me, because he doesn't feel like i should be a part of the c-rpg equation. Furthermore i have a pretty damn clean ban history, so i don't see any real reason that could possibly argue towards the fact that stronger measures had to be used, since i don't have like 5 bans on my record.

Let me refer to a previous thread, where i even said a lot more in chat, and this was the response from the admin:
Just use the mute function (esc - mute - GTX) -> problem solved.
Clearly Molly is not suited for the admin powers.

Playing on EU_1 and there is not that many players on. By that i mean even less than there usually is around this time, there was like 20 people playing. Most of those people were of the kind that enjoys the GTX bashing, so that naturally started up quite quickly. They then played around with the polls on me, since it was quite obvious what was going to happen with this population. The Krems (Shocker, i know) Cat then made a ban poll on me, for an invalid reason.

His reasoning was delaying i supose, even though he never really stated a reason as far as i remember. However, both the flags were working and i was not really hiding or anything, or standing at the edge of the map, which is going to be clear in the picture provided. The reason you see most of em not moving is because of the fact that they flags are alrdy quite a way up there, so it would not take very long before the flags would end the round. This were apparently not clear for the Krems Cat, since he clearly can't handle waiting 10 secs, which is ironic, when you look at the behaviour of his clan as a whole.

The people might gank up on me in this thread, like they did previously, and before they start lying, i might aswell mention this. I did not die for 2 rounds, instead they won with flags. 2 rounds is not massive.

He is a Krems, they love to piss me off in whatever way they can, and as everyone knows, they are not afraid of breaking rules to annoy people.

Alright, so the usual GTX bashing was happening, same old same old. For 1 round i saw an opportunity to pick em off 1 by 1, and wanted to try it, just for the fun of it. However, Kistray clearly didn't like me having some fun, so he kickpolled me. There was no valid reason behind the poll, since the flags weren't bugged or anything like that.

I then asked for a reason after seeing the poll, since he did not state any. While trying to get the reason behind the poll Tyrannosaurus polls me randomly, and I'm not even sure what he was thinking at this point. I then try to get the reason behind the second poll, since Tyrannosaurus did not state any either, and I'm not even sure why he would even poll me. Tyrannosaurus never state any poll and Kistray hinted at me being a cunt as the reason several times, and even told me to shut up, when i was trying to get the reason behind the second poll.

5. Why you think the offender did what he did.*
Well there were clearly not any valid reasons behind any of the polls, which is why none of them were able to state a valid reason, or even any. So i don't see any other reason than hate, as it is also mentioned in one of the screenshots. It's definitely the reason in Tyrannosaurus's case, since he has done this twice now, over a tiny timespan of 3 days or something (There is a thread where you can see what happened in ban threads).

Well it was just the general GTX bashing on EU_1, which i can live with and won't screen or anything, but i will when it comes to extremes. This time they wanted to play around with the polls, since they knew they would probably go through with all the GTX bashing that was on the server. The first poll was done by DEPLOY_SHIELDS after i was among the last ones alive, and i was just trying to find a better engagement. After 10 seconds of running, he alrdy polls me. I'm not even sure flags was present at this point. (Afaik I'm not breaking any rules, because flags were not broken or anything. If this is breaking the rules, by just ''delaying'' for 10 seconds, then a lot of cav and ranged should be banned)

It goes through, and i rejoin. Then after rejoining they bash me some more, and then suddenly Sister_Nicka does an even more random banpoll, which also goes through, because of the population on the server. This time they can't even make up a random reason, since it's just so random.

Well, I was just playing on EU_1. The GTX bashing was a little more frequent than usual, but other than that, it was all quite normal. The round before Tyrannosaurus killed me, he was on the opposite team and one of the last ones alive. I went for him, and killed him with a teammate. Then he or I got teamswitched, and he started teamhitting me instantly, which in the end resulted in the teamkill.
5. Why you think the offender did what he did.*
I really don't know. Nothing special happened, other than me killing him with a teammate the round before, but that should not really justify completely teamkilling your teammate. Maybe it's just Krems being Krems.

There were other people from Krems joining in, but these 2 were by far the most dominating ones, especially mr_baby_head.

Well i was playing on eu_1. I rejoined the server a few times (being honest) and suddenly some of the Krems on the server (mr_baby_head and Rabbit mainly) started to feel the need to comment on this, which is completely acceptable, so many people do it anyways. So i have no problem with that, but then it started to get worse and worse and worse. They began to spam the chat with QQ and other things, but i don't have any screenshots of this, so i won't go into further detail. I began to tell them that even though my rejoining might be ''gay'' it still does not hurt my team, like some of the things that a few Krems members usually do. I should never have said this, since it made the whole thing far worse, since my one comment regarding their playstyle started to seriously intensify their insulting. I did not really further intensify my comments, the playstyle was all i really mentioned, which i do not think is that bad compared to their behaviour. They continued for so long that it lasted several maps and it hit the peak when he ban-polled me without a valid reason. I just felt like this was pretty extreme and could not just go unpunished, so i took sceenshots. This just crossed a line for me i supose.

Well their reasoning in the screenshots is mostly ''you're GTX, which is enough reason in itself to insult you''. I supose mr_baby_head might have some personal agenda to insult me as much as possible, since this is not the first time.

Well i was playing on eu_1, and nothing out of the ordinary was happening. I wanted to try and assasinate some archers, so i took a backway. I never found any archers and wanted to return to the main fight, but my whole team was alrdy dead and flags had alrdy spawned, so i just decided that it was not worth it. It would take 10 seconds for the flags to come up, and that was probably the amount of time it would take me to get to the flags anyway. I did still fight in all of this though, since Saxon arrived at my position, and while we were dueling a poll came up, which you will see in the screenshots, along with people asking why. The reponse given to that, by Kreutswag, is also included in a screenshot.

Well since this is a fairly common thing on eu_1, so it's not because he won't wait 10 seconds, since people normally delay for a lot longer. So this is probably something personal.

- EU_6 during the pretty long period of 4-5 pm, but that is actually how long this more or less lasted.

- Playing on eu_6 and trying the more casual side of c-rpg. I saw Barabe_mr_baby_head saying that the mod needed a TDM server, and I sarcasticly said:''You mean EU_1''?. He then denied that and i said that the only difference from eu_1 and a TDM server would be the spawn timers, he disagreed and made a point that i did not agree with, and i kept to my original statement. This however angered him and he started by polling me at the end of our ''talk'', and i immediately asked for a reason, which gave me the reponse ''cuntface'', as it is seen in screenshot 5. I then rejoined and continued to ask for a reason, which led to even more harassment, but after some time he came up with the reason:''Leeching'', as it is seen on picture 6. The leeching reasoning is pretty ironic, since he was the one talking with me. I was also playing at the time he made the poll, as it can be seen on the points i gained before the poll was made on screenshot 5. This harassment then continued even further, and he even used the commander chat, so that his messages would be clearer(A lot of Barabes on the team), and this can all be seen in screenshot 7-10. I supose the written insults did not satisfy him enough, so he then continued this behaviour by hunting me down and killing me for 10 mins, as it can be seen on screenshot 11-16 . If you however doubt some parts of this story, then i took the time to actually ask some questions, because i did not quite understand the reasoning behind this behaviour, and these questions along with the answers to them can be seen on screenshots 1-5.

Buy / Looking for any version of a loomed Lamellar armor or looms!

Looking for a +1, +2 or +3 version of the lamellar armor or looms.

At this stage i have my +2 splinted greaves with spurs to trade for the looms or armor. Depending on the version of the armor or the amount of looms, i will throw in an appropriate amount of gold into the trade aswell.

If this deal does not suit you, and ýou have the armor, then plz contact me and we will see if we can work something out anyway. Who knows.

cRPG Technical problems / Duel rating reseting randomly

I recently experienced, that my rating just randomly reseted. It went down to 1500, and i have no idea how.

Did anyone else experience something like this?
