yay, first banthread!

BAN REQUEST "SELJUK_BATUHAN":

1. Name of your character involved

2. Name of offending character(s)

3. Time and server, as accurately as possible
- 18:30; EU_7
4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after.
- We were working on the "Saracen" - bot round; 2nd wave:
Bots got stucked as usually on the gate. When there was only 1 bot left, I asked for opening the gate and held the bot in a corner.
"Seljuk_Batuhan" came with his horse and tended to kill him. I tried to block him, because if he had killed the bot, a new wave would spawn right behind us, with a closed gate, our dead (kind of suicide maybe). I started reporting him when he team-hit me the 2nd time, in the hope he stops, he kept team-hitting, I kept reporting.
When he gave up he started a ban-poll on me, maybe he thought I'm delaying. In the end he got dehorsed right in one of the bots-spawns ...
5. Why you think the offender did what he did.
- As I said, maybe he thought I'm delaying, still the ban-poll wasn't necessary (Poll wasn't successful, still ...)

After reading your story, I am pretty sure that he didn't notice the door was closed. He might think that you were trolling him , that might be the reason for the teamhits , but I think ban poll wasn't necessary so as well.

I think this is his first offense , am i right?

I don't want to warn the two people with messages in this thread, Kratos & Guray but I'd like to write a message asking them to not post in the threads like they are;

Guray, I know you're posting the ban section rules, but don't, that's an admin's job.
Kratos, don't post your personal opinion about a ban. For one thing, you're biased (same clan), for a second intentional team wounding is never acceptable (with rare cases of self defence), thirdly, you can't see priors - admins have the tools to do so, fourth and finally, that's an admin's job!

So yeah, I thought I'd try a different approach to just outright warning here, since technically they're relevant but both are unhelpful and fill up a thread unnecessary - you're not providing evidence to the case at hand!
