Who picks this maps? why is every map balls? Theirs like 100 maps and 90 of them blow.

Well i did some test  on the message that pops up "THINE UNDERSTANDING OF THY ARMOR IS LE BLAH BLAH thine armor is thine skin bla bla bla"
i got this message 2 times with my reg load out (light strange armor and long bow)
My reg load out is about 10 weight and at lvl 30 i have 138wpf
At 138 wpf i can wear all of my load out but the hat. My light hat weights 1.8 or 1.5 BUT at 139wpf i can wear my whole load out
That 1wpf makes a huge diff...
I use to believe that the message "THINE UNDERSTANDING OF THY ARMOR IS LE BLAH BLAH thine armor is thine skin bla bla bla"  might lower the neg effects of wpf  on your load out, but it doesn’t. If it even lowered the neg effects by 1 i would be able to wear my hat but again it dosnt 
Am starting to believe it does nothing at all but was a nice troll by the donkey

If anyone has any other test they have done plz list them

Game Balance Discussion / nerff xbow bolts

why did they get buffed... why can my master work light xbow deal out 68p
a master work heavy or even worse the Arbalest can deal 100p.... just 1 shot people all day 
why the hell would they buff bolts like that.... i just dont understand it, maybe someone can shead some light on this?
i use a xbow all the time, i other gen into throwing, bow or xbow and well idk why xbow was buffed... just dumb
