10 pd = 140 wpf required

10pd build at 30 lvl can have 138wpf considering a lot of convertions.

What does that purple text about having too low archery prof do? If it's not giving any negative effects, Ok, but if it DOES give negative effects...

change it so 10pd is reachable and effective (in its own way) again!

I've used it before to reasonable effectiveness.  The bow simply becomes a medium range weapon rather than a medium-long range weapon.

You can have PD 10 and 140+ wpf on level 32.

Archers get this too now? Throwers get this message all the time as well. Try putting on under 7 pounds of armor and see if it goes away.

32 lvl? No thx...

Cheap: it is not about armor, because you can't have 140 wpf WITHOUT any negative weight effects. And you can have 138wpf with 10pd.

Again, what exactly does that purple text stand for? What do I lose, if I have "too low proficiency"?

Most archers, unlike the melee oriented throwers, often wear on average 5-7 lbs anyways.

A little disappointing that 10PD is no longer viable.

I'm not normal and I don't pretend so, my approach is pretty much a bomb crescendo.
