Custom banner not working need help.

Hello guys i have a problem about custom banner.
I've been shouting , crying for help in IRC for 3 days because i was muted in forums , anyway now i am making a thread about it.
Please help me if you know how to solve the issue and post if you encountered the same problem.

Problem :
It doesn't show our uploaded banner in game.

Some screens will make it easier to explain .

Here is what it says in clan page.

Our first banner had no problem , but when we bought this one by auction we couldn't be able to upload since then.First it was a Cannabis aka weed banner then it changed itself to this native banner.It's been like this for 5 days now , my client updated other clan's banners but it doesn't upload ours.
And the most painful part of this bug is it doesn't work in autobalance , we tried to use it anyway but we kept found ourselves in different teams so we are not using it now.Please instruct me to solution so we can use our flag again.

sounds like a classic case of your computer not networking properly with the c-rpg server. Have you tried deleting system 32? This can allow various protocols such as FTP, http, pop, imap, etc to communicate better with devices outside your network.

No it is not about my network or something , NO ONE sees our banner in game.
If it was my issue , i wouldn't be bothered to make this thread ...

same problem happens for me as well. also, other clans' banners appear as their native counterparts.

Have you tried deleting system 32?

I joined "Crew of Massasin" with an alt and seems to have the same issue. Barely balanced together and banner was showing as native side banner given by the map.
No idea what is causing this but "I think" I can confirm the problem not just being the Bashis...

just repaired the game twice and now only our banner doesn't show up. rest of the banners appear correctly.

You uploaded it some days ago, right?

Well, maybe check the size and format of your banner again and just reupload it.

We uploaded it a week ago and its been like this since then.
56 kb png .
It is the exact same banner as the previous one.
It doesn't work on this banner slot.
A3-1 banner slot is probably bugged i just need a dev to confirm it .

Somehow our banner in-game change itself to this.
