NA Community 1 - Admin Abuse

I was banned from NA_Community 1 permanently and I'd like to report the admin for abuse and attempt to get rcon removed. LLJK_BADPLAYER_SEMENstorm was on my team, tramples me, shoots me with a crossbow, and then starts to talk trash saying he isn't sorry at all. I'm ok with being team hit/killed, but if you run your mouth afterwards that is absurd. So I TK him having 1/5 team hits for the map. I finish the map 7/6, he finished the map 2/6. After the next map loads peepdaKD_SMOOTHRICH_bigplayz PERMA bans me(~9:45 CST 3/3/12). "We can TK and talk trash all we want, but if you retalliate you get perma banned".  So 1 TK is perma bannable? I didnt keep attacking, I didn't keep TKing. The only thing even said was by BADPLAYER, and he said "Gonna get banned bro". Is this really how things are administrated? I REALLY enjoy this mod, but it is a shame you have people like that to ruin the community.

The Community Servers do not have specific variables for banning times like the Officials do, so it is either a Temporary Ban (1 hour) or a Permanent Ban (Which you have to appeal for to be unbanned). There was nothing unjust about this length, considering those are literally the only two options available on unofficial servers when it comes to bans. Granted, he really could have worded that better to clarify that Perma-bans are not really permanent on non-officials with the same connotations as Perma-bans on Officials carry.

Alright thanks for info. Just to clarify, the official severs have the set length for ban times and the unofficial is either 1 hour or perma(appeal to unband only)?

Also, why was BADPLAYER not banned for violating the same rule?

Correct, and one can assume that if Smoothrich is banning, he's turning a blind eye to Badplayer

meow just look at my feedback thread, there's screenshots right there, it was an incident reported by different players, no regrets about banning someone who spams chat that he's going to TK someone out of spite then does at spawn, regardless of the people involved.  the stuff he's saying about BADPLAYER isn't close to accurate either, he bumped him by accident once (during a fight the banned party was having with me, 1 vs 1, so I saw exactly what happened) so to get revenge the guy teamkilled him the next round

I do wish the banning system was a bit better and probably should've temp banned him for an hour, but welp I'll remember the shift key function next time, haven't had to deal with that kind of admin panel in like a year. 

actually looking at the policy my ban was just fine, i figured an hour ban was too light for the kind of teamkill you did, so i don't regret anything

he didn't TK me at spawn it was like 2 minutes into the round but w/e.
And yeah it was only 1 bump and of course im gonna shittalk you because it was your fault you got bumped and you reported me for teamwounding with it, I would of got Smoothrich if your scrub ass didn't move in the way.

To be clear, you weren't banned until the next map because I was verifying what happened with the witnesses who reported it in I chat, and was sent screenshots of your threats to intentionally team kill.  I think I've explained myself fully so I am going to stop addressing this matter, and suggest you accept your punishment for the rule you clearly broke.

yeah cause end of round is when atleast 1/3 of each enemy team is still alive and theres 3 minutes left on the clock, the reason you didnt get banned until next map is because when I steam messaged smoothrich telling him I had screens of you intentionally tking me he said wait until he dies to check them which happened to be near the end of the round.

He wasn't doing anything wrong? Running over a teamate and talking shit sounds pretty intentional to me. I was banned for intentional TK. I guess running over a teamate you dislike and talking shit to them doesn't count as intentional when you are friends with the admin who "saw it all". He even admits to running me over and talking shit. You guys have justified it though, Im solo in this game and all you guys are butt buddies.

I accidently bumped you in a 1v1 (which was completely your fault for circling otherwise I would of got the enemy EZ) and then I shit talked you afterwards like I do much of the time and will continue to do.

You finished the map 2/6, where is that screenshot? Didnt take that one? YOU ARE CROSSBOW CALV FINISHING 2/6. Please try to tell me how much more skilled you are, and you could clutch that. I was 7/6 at the end of the map. It is amazing what people can rationalize. Running over a teamate and talking shit to them, yea no intention there what so ever.

*It is my fault for circling -=1v1=-?! Guess I should be standing still to make sure my dumb ass teamates dont run me over.....you are bat shit crazy.
