Ban request for Cedric_Scott

Cedric_Scott never killed me, but he did wound my horse and I quite a bit for two rounds.

I'm retrying cavalry after a good while, and as I was attempting to get out of spawn, Cedric_Scott's in the way and I accidentally bump him a bit. I then apologized for the team bump.
He then replies by telling me that I'm "dumb cav" and what not. I didn't mind too much.

Then after that round, for two rounds in a row, he kills my horse and wounds me a good bit.

I haven't played cavalry in a while and I knew there was some hostility towards lancers and horse ranged players, but I didn't realize it's gotten this bad.

I was still alive and had just killed 2 people and cedric initiated a kick poll against me. I probably could have won if i wasn't having someone randomly poll me. Also I just killed him( with a headshot) in that picture never even realized that until now.

He WAS kicked right after by shik for that. He has several maps in a row threatened to poll kick HAs if they alive last. Also, there were 3 other people on my team alive at that time too. So it wasn't me versus all of them.(oh and kick poll passed. All you Haters on the HC's deserve to die in a fire!)
