The other guy is kind of a tard too but it's Tobias that was doing all the teamwounding with throwing knives.  I probably would have ignored him if he was just throwing at his clanmate(?) but he was throwing at everyone.

My recommendation is a slap on the wrist if he's a noob or the banhammer of doom if he's a known problem child.  It's not like he accidentally lobbed 4 stacks of throwing knives into his team.
